    Emergency Maintenance Request Criteria

    • A/C not working while the temperature is above 80 degrees and before it is dark outside.
    • Heat not working if 50 degrees or below.
    • Clogged toilet (if there is only one toilet in apartment).
    • Uncontrollable heavy leak
    • No hot water (technician will not come out after 9pm)
    • Fire
    • Flood
    • Life threatening situation
    • No electricity (Please contact Duke energy first to confirm that there is not an outage in the area)
    • Broken door lock
    • Refrigerator not working
